Banana Bread Cheesecake
This cheesecake satisfies your desire for banana bread and cheesecake all in one piece. The base and top layers are banana flavored cheesecake.

graham cracker crumbs
1 stick, unsalted butter
2-3 very ripe bananas
all purpose flour
8 oz cream cheese, softened
whipping cream, whipped
banana bread crumbs or to taste
drizzle caramel sauce on top
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together the crust ingredients and press into the bottom of your springform pan and about 1 inch up the sides. Bake for 7 minutes and cool completely on a wire rack.
Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Slowly add milk to cheese mixture. Set aside 5 minutes to soften.
Fold whipping cream into mixture. Split mixture into 2 parts. Pour filling into 10” pie pan and refrigerate while preparing the banana bread.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
Mix in the baking soda and salt. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix in the flour.
Pour the batter into your a 10” round pan. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes (check at 50 minutes) at 350°F (175°C), or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and cool completely on a rack. Let cool completely.
Scoop one pan of thickened cheesecake over grahams cracker crust. Add your banana bread layer. Scoop last cheesecake pan over banana bread.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours until it doesn’t wiggle.
Add Banana Bread crumbs to top per taste. Drizzle with caramel.
