Oreo Peanut Butter Lovers Cheesecake

Full of peanut butter and cream cheese with an oreo crust this dessert aims to please!

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 bag 15.25 oz peanut butter oreos
  • 1/4 cup butter 4 Tbs

Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 4 oz non fat sour cream
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 oz peanut butter morsels

Topping:

  • 8 oz cool whip thawed
  • 8 oz peanut butter morsels
  • 12 oz bag Reese's mini peanut butter cups

Instructions

For Crust:

  • Using a food processor, add the cookies and butter and pulverize. Press into the bottom of a 9 inch pan.

Filling:

  • Using stand mixer, beat cream cheese, sour cream, peanut butter, vanilla, peanut butter morsels and powdered sugar until well blended.

Topping:

  • Fold together by hand the cool whip and and Peanut butter morsel. Spread mixture on cheesecake. Add Reeses's mini peanut butter cups.
  • Cool in refrigerator for a minimum of 1hour. The longer the better!
