Red Velvet has quickly become the most favorite food in my life. I have this love/hate relationship with it. I love the presentation of the the dish, but I hate how it dyes my hands, sink and tools bloody red. None the less, I have more than 15 boxes in my pantry!

1red velvet cake mix
1box vanilla frosting
1 1/2Tbsmilkif needed
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Grease and flour two cookie sheets or use a Whoopie pan.
Mix together butter and half the cake mix until smooth.
Add egg, milk, and remaining cake mix.
Drop by level spoons onto prepared cookie sheets using a small ice cream scoop or melon baller.
Bake for 30 mns.
Cool on cookie sheet for 5 mns then move to cooling rack.
Place frosting mix in bowl and add butter. Mix on high until fluffy. If mix is dry add milk a bit at a time until desired consistency is reached.
Top each pie with icing on the flat side. Top each pie with one of the remaining iced pies.
