Ingredients

Cheesecake:

  • 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Cream Cheese
  • 2-3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Natural Cocoa
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • While or regular cool whip
  • Berries of your choice

OR

    Vegan Option:

    • 1 Cup Pre-Soaked Cashews
    • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
    • 2 Tbsp Honey
    • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
    • 1/2 Cup Virgin Coconut Oil
    • 1/4 Cup Natural Cocoa
    • 1/8 cup honey
    • Berries of your choice

    Instructions

    • Blend all Cheesecake ingredients until smooth in your food processor or stand mixer and set aside leaving berries and cool whip for garnishing just before serving.
    • Set in refrigerator for at least two hours.
    • Top with cool whip and garnish with berries of your choice.
    • Serve when set and keep refrigerated.
