Ingredients

Filling:

  • 3 lbs cream cheese
  • 16 oz Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbs vanilla
  • 1 box thin mints - crushed
  • 1/2 cup creme de menthe liqueur

Crust:

  • 3 cups Oreo Crumbs
  • 3/4 cup soft butter

TOPPING:

  • 10 crushed Thin Mints

Instructions

Filling:

  • Whip filling ingredients
  • Once crust is cooled, pour filling into the pan Place in refrigerator and let sit overnight

Crust:

  • combine ingredients
  • Smash and press into 9 inch spring pan for crust let cool

TOPPING:

  • Before serving, sprinkle with crushed Thin Mints
