Summer is a season all about fresh vegetables, cool salads, picnics, and grilling. This recipe combines the absolute best of all of these summer perks! Grilled vegetables and a sour cream dressing along with crisp fresh herbs blend together for a potato salad worth having a picnic for!
I’ve been wanting to try my hand at making a Frozen Butterbeer Recipe ever since I visited The Wizarding World of Harry Potter a few years ago. Since we’re closing out this year’s Happy Harry Potter series I thought it was the perfect time. This recipe is so easy and yummy you’ll feel like you’re at The Three Broomsticks.
although these cookies do require you to turn your oven on, the baking time is so quick you can get back to your normal tortured summer heat of a cool 90+ degrees.

Homemade & Baked Chocolate Donuts
My Heavenly Recipes
One of our guilty pleasures are Chocolate Donuts. But, with this Momma on a lifestyle change and eating healthier these Baked Chocolate Donuts have become a weekend regular around here!
A few weeks ago my husband and I were out for dinner, and the restaurant had Oreo Cheesecake on the menu. We were too full for dessert, but I decided I had to make Oreo Cheesecake for the family. Since it has been so hot I didn’t want to run the oven, and decided to create No Bake Oreo Cheesecake Cups for the family to enjoy.
Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve been getting back to crafting, specifically crochet, which makes me oh so happy! It’s just a wonderful feeling to see something come together. Neither of these projects are solely mine, as I’ve used patterns created by others. But, when something is just so beautiful, why reinvent the wheel, right?
I’m having one of those weeks where it feels like I’m working twice but for half the result. I know it’ll pay off in the long run, but for right now, it feels a bit like I’m wearing myself running in one place. I’m being a little vague on what’s going on, but that’s on purpose – my busy week has a lot to do with all the marketing and promoting I’m doing for this blog, and I’m sure you don’t want to read about that any more than I want to write about it.
