I just love grilled food.
Summertime is the best way to get my healthy hat on. No fried foods!
The shrimp and the scallops made a great addition when you par them with baked potatoe.
Even a homemade slaw can add texture and a bit of flavors to make your palate wake up.
No matter how you dress up your shrimp and scallops Your seafood eating guests will flip over this meal.
My husband like the shrimp and scallops on a skewer with tomatoes and squash.
My son just loves them BBQ on the grill.
As for me? I just like them plain and cooked inside. But if the grill is going, then mesquite is the best! Especially if someone else is cooking and all I have to do is set the table.
You can’t lose with Grilled Shrimp and Scallops. They are so versatile everyone will love them. And no leftovers!
What better way to have a healthy dinner than by making a Veggie Pizza?
No sauce is used, but you can substitute a pesto sauce for the cream cheese.
Having had this both ways it is a toss up trying to decide which is best. So it is a matter of personal taste.
The crescent crust is soft and flaky and the veggies are raw and crispy.
This makes a perfect texture sensation and allows all the nutrients in the veggies to be consumed.
Your kids will love eating their veggies and there won’t be much of a cleanup for mom. Try this Veggie Pizza today!
In my home we like to take an everyday item and think outside the box.
But all the pizzas we make are very different. From the crust to the sauce to the toppings, we love them all.
I think though it is a toss up between the Chili Dog Pizza and this Crescent Veggie Pizza.
I think though the crescent veggie pizza wins out more times than not. We can dress this pizza with any toppings we like or just finish up some leftovers. It is a winner!
Please leave your veggie additions in the comment section below. Feel free to add meats and even fruits. This dish is healthy and yummy!

Here in Michigan cloudy blue skies are appearing more often.
You can smell the grilling of some great food in the air.
We may be old fashioned but still use a charcoal grill. Somehow that deep savory flavor charcoal sears into the foods grilled on it just tastes so much better!
The veggies get that crispy crunch when grilled lightly. The sautéed mushrooms and onions swim in a layer of butter.
Well anything in season can’t go wrong on a grill. I am a meat eater. I said it. I have come forth and am shouting it to the heavens!
