Baby Back Ribs Sweet and Savory

Want the secret to tender and juicy ribs?
I have it right here!
This recipe came from a friend that lives in the heart of BBQ country.
And we all know that Texas does everything ib a BIG way.
The flavors in this BBQ sauce doesn’t stop there.
It is that good. And I have jokingly heard they add this sauce to their baby’s bottle. Or maybe that is true?
My friend is known to embellish as lot.
These ribs are gently simmered then grilled, producing tender meat that falls from the bone.
I actually made this recipe with country style ribs, and this was TO DIE for!
Although I made it at first with the hot sauce that it stated to use (it didn’t even really turn out to be sauce)… the sweet-savory sauce is DELICIOUS!
I put the sweet-savory sauce over top of the hot sauce recipe and it turned out phenomenal.
My family couldn’t stop talking about how this recipe changed up my normal ribs.
You have to try this. I swear you will be invited to every BBQ in town.
Garlic Vegetable Sauté

A Foodie Lovers dream!
Vegan, vegetarian, low carb, low salt, dairy free, diabetic approved, have I forgotten anything?
Made from natures bounty, these home grown veggies use garlic and EVOL, (extra virgin olive oil) and can be grilled, baked or sautéed as you wish.
I am an extremely picky veggie eater.
But this recipe allows all the natural taste and nutrients from the vegetables to stay with each forkful.
And if you grow your own vegetables or prefer organic you can’t beat the flavors.
The Garlic Vegetables stay crispy and reheat well.
Use any leftovers for tomorrows stir fry!
My family just loves this dish. And it doesn’t matter whether I serve these veggies fresh or reheat and serve the next day. I would never have enough for leftovers unless I make a double batch.
You can put any fresh veggies in the skillet.
Green and yellow squash, carrots, string beans, onions, garlic, zucchini are all here.
Even broccoli, purple or white carrots and cauliflower are thrown into the mix.
This is truly a dump and go comfort item.
The healthy veggie eaters in your home are going to go crazy and will definitely want seconds.
Make these and comment below what type of meal you added them to!
Hot Bacon Dressing

Next time you want that flavor of bacon on your greens don’t just crumble it up and sprinkle it on top. Put it in your dressing and bring your salad to another level!
What are the uses Hot Bacon Dressing?
That depends on you!
I mainly use it for different types of salad greens. Spinach, Kale and even my Southern Salad change from delicious to spectacular when I pour it right on top!
The bacon can be smoked, thick or microwaved. It is all up to you.
When you add sliced eggs, potatoes and cheddar cheese or even walnuts to your greens you have more than a meal. It become dinner all wrapped up into one bowl!
That warm bacon dressing will slowly run in to the leaves of your greens and spread through to the bottom of the bowl.
I find wilted spinach works best for my family. The slight sweetness of the sugar mixed with the acid of the vinegar gives your dressing that bite you need to take your salad over the top!
Want a creamier dressing? Add 1/2 cup of mayonnaise to the mix.
Either way my family loves homemade dressings.
And they are so easy to make I don’t mind serving a dressing with no added preservatives.
But don’t let them know I told you that.
