Corned Beef Hash Egg Bake

Mother’s Day is just around the corner and my thoughts have turned to someone else making a good breakfast.
No more Greek Yogurt or Cheerios. No more black coffee and dry toast. I am tired of eating healthy!
I want to slide a bit this holiday.
I can eat breakfast for any meal. But Corned Beef and Hash isn’t just any old breakfast.
Bell peppers and onions cooked into those yummy hash browns takes this breakfast bake to a whole new level.
Those warm and buttery scrambled eggs cozying up to your has browns just can’t wait. You have to eat them while they are warm.
Add a bit of your favorite toast and you are all ready to eat.
One of the best part of your breakfast is everyone can eat at the same time.
How many egg dishes can you say that about?
It is a win in my home when we have the opportunity to eat at the same time.
But for us all to eat WARM food at the same time?
Well that is priceless.
Butter Cake Cherries Jubilee Flambé

This very posh dessert looks like only a master chef can create.
Do you think that? Wrong!
If you want to make this Butter Cake Cherries Jubilee you only need to put together three things.
I have the recipe here for the butter cake. But you can get a box mix from the store and that will work.
The butter sauce is simply butter, sugar and 2 different extracts.
The cherries and flambé? A can of cherry jubilee and some extract. Then set it on fire!!
Corned Beef Turkey Sandwich

Do you love a good deli sandwich?
This is a classic with generous amounts of turkey, corned beef, Russian dressing and grilled rye.
So filling I can only eat half at a time. Make your own Russian Dressing and serve warm.
Soon you will be adding another favorite to your list.
I am always ready for an amazing sandwich. Just toast some fresh rye bread and top it high with turkey and corned beef.
Add a crisp dill pickle and you have a great lunch. You better make two though. You never know who is watching you!
To change things up put it in a spinach wrap! Also add swiss cheese, lettuce or tomato if you desire.
