White Bean Chicken Chili
What is 4 Weight Watcher points+, good for you and only ONE bowl cook and cleanup? Crock Pot White Bean Chicken Chili, that ‘s what! I love Ruby Tuesday’s White Bean Chicken Chili, so I decided to get to work in my kitchen to re-create this wonderful chili recipe at home! This white bean chicken chili is made with hearty white beans, and tender chicken, which makes it very satisfying! It’s sure to ‘hit the spot’ during a chilly day…and it just so happens to have the added bonus of being figure friendly!
Paleo Pumpkin Bacon Soup
Do you want a soup that tastes like pumpkin pie? Pumpkin is still in season and that is awesome since it is a simple and healthy food. What could be better than a warm steaming bowl of fall veggies with a bit of bacon floating on top? Ok, a lot of bacon floating on top! This Paleo dish is so easy to make and so delicious to eat that you are going to want to make extras for meals during the week. Don’t miss out trying this recipe. And as always, write a comment on what you may have added to make it special for YOUR family!
Fried Brussel Sprouts With Honey Sriracha Glaze
Kids hate veggies? Make them ASK to eat their veggies by serving these Fried Brussels Sprouts with Honey Sriracha Glaze. Crispy and sweet this recipe made me a believer. My family couldn’t believe I passed up dessert for a second helping of veggies! Now if I could get the left overs from permeating the fridge. Leave out the Sriracha if spicy is an issue.
The temperature of the oil is very important. If the temperature is low or the Brussels sprouts are cold or damp, it will bring the temperature down too low and the sprouts will be soggy, not crispy!
Looks fantastic Marilyn! We have been wanting to make brussel sprouts and this is the one to try especially with that decicious glaze. My daughter and I love all things pumpkin but my son and husband aren’t always on board… but with bacon they just might try it.
Thank you Chas. I don;t like brussels for the most part. But with this glaze it is like dessert! I hope you are feeling better. And really hope the meds arent giving you those migraines. Have a great week!
