Thank you Ann. I enjoy casseroles because they are fast, usually one pan and everyone eats at the same time. We have enough of everyone having their own schedule. This way the meal is ready to eat when we are! Enjoy.

Sounds delicious Marilyn, not sure how I would adapt this one for gluten free though. Maybe using shredded potatoes?

Hi Jennifer. Actually here in the states, hash browns and shredded potatoes are the same thing. Some come plain, but you can get what we call O’Brien potatoes too that have stirred in some diced green chiles, diced jalapenos, pesto sauce, or sliced onions. They are good for a bit of a spicy taste. And I LOVE the invite at the end of your comment. It made me stop, look for the exact name of your blog and I am going to visit. Keep that up! LOL. Enjoy your day.

We only have the Hash browns here similar to what Maccas have. They have gluten flour in them 🙁 . But I could just shred my own potatoes 🙂

Thank you, I love having people over for tea/coffee & a chat. I am looking forward to our cuppa together! 😀

You can certainly shred your own potatoes. I am sure they will be healthier and frsher than the frozen in the recipe!! Enjoy.
