Serving this week 8-5- to 8-9. On Tuesday is a healthy Philadelphia Creamy Salsa Dip. Wednesday is my Cream Cheese Pepper Dip and ending up Appetizer week with another dip on Friday I am serving a Seven Layer Taco Dip.

Serving this week 7-29- to 8-2. On Tuesday is a healthy Fresh Salmon Salad. On Wednesday is a colorful Shrimp Cobb Salad with a Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette. And finally on Friday is a Chicken Jerk Salad complete with a spicy marinade.

Serving this week 7-22- to 7-26. On Tuesday is a colorful Mediterranean Salad. On Wednesday is a Southern House Salad with Bacon Dressing that my grandma used to serve. And finally on Friday is a Grapefruit Avocado Salad complete with Pomegranate and a Honey Lemon Dressing.

Serving this week 7-1- to 7-5. On Tuesday is Tuna Salad in a Cantaloupe Bowl. Wednesday is another great salad, Cucumber Tomato and Red Onion Salad. visit your local Farmers Market. And finally on Friday a simple side dish of Cucumber and Onions as a side dish to add to any BBQ dishes. Enjoy this summer bounty!

On Tuesday is Carnival Squash with Apples and Thyme grown right in our garden. Wednesday I am also cooking from our garden with Sautéed Zucchini Coins. And on Friday another garden favorite my husband’s Maple Roasted Sweet Potatoes.

Then on Wednesday I take you to the Tropical Isle with a Coconut Cheesecake topped with a Mango Sauce. And to wrap up the week on Friday I serve up a comfort meal with a twist with my Beef Brisket Hungarian Goulash. Enjoy!
