After running all day and playing taxi driver for the kids you need this dinner in your arsenal.

They will gather around the table without an argument and be ready to do homework and crawl into bed in no time.

Most kids love chili dogs. And mac and cheese is a no brainer!

Making them into a casserole takes less time and effort than cooking each by themselves.

What a nice surprise for the family when they see what you whipped up for their dinner.

As the oven cooks your meal, the aroma wafting into the living room will become irresistible!

Chili dogs and mac and cheese are a great comfort food when you are tired or cold and need to be cuddled.

That is exactly what the cheese does to the pasta and hot dogs.

It melts around the noodles and hot dogs, fries and onions just like a warm embrace.

Just seeing it and tasting the flavors will make you feel cozy and peaceful.

This Chili Mac and Cheese Hot Dog Casserole will settle the kids down and remove the stresses of the day .

You’ll have the rest of the night to do whatever you want. And the kids will retreat to their bedrooms with a satisfied feeling as well as a full tummy.

As for me I can be found sitting quietly curled in my chair with a glass of wine and my iPad. You can thank me later.
