Chicken Club Pizza

Chicken Club Pizza is a pizza and a sandwich all together ion a pizza dish. I luse the stone pizza dish from Pampered Chef.

I just love a meal that comes together in under 30 minutes and in one dish!

All the food groups are represented too!

Kids and adults alike will love this Chicken Club Pizza.

The kitchen can be cleaned up quickly giving you time to wind down with a good book, watch a movie or play a family game.

With all the hustle and bustle of getting the kids to sports or meetings this time of year, this dish fulfills all the requirements of no mess, no stress that I look for at the end of a busy day.

these are the INGREDIENTS you will need:

  • 13.8 ounce can, refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing, divided
  • 1.5 cups KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
  • 1.5 cups finely chopped cooked chicken
  • 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1.5 cups finely shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped

these are the INSTRUCTIONS for preparation:

  • HEAT oven to 400ºF.
  • UNROLL pizza dough on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; press into 15×10-inch rectangle. Bake 10 min.
  • MIX mayo and 1/3 cup dressing; spread onto crust. Top with half the cheese, chicken, then remaining cheese and bacon.
  • BAKE 5 min. or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted.

One of my favorite sandwiches is a good club sandwich.

I usually add chicken to mine. And of course bacon, lettuce and tomato are a must.

Now enter the Chicken Club Pizza.

Use a dairy crust or make your own. with this recipe it won’t matter.

Mayonnaise olive oil, ranch dressing and the triple cheeses containing a bit of cream cheese creates a white sauce that is irresistible.

Go ahead and replace the meat by substituting meatless bacon strips and meatless chicken. I would add some bean sprouts, sliced tomatoes and avocado or a vegetarian take of the pizza.chipotle chiles, stems and seeds discarded

To create a healthier pizza simmer golden raisins, tomato paste, agave syrup and chili powder to make a sauce for salmon fillets. Then top with some mayo and a layer of arugula, and tomato.

I haven’t tried this yet but I plan to very soon.

All in all though I enjoy the more classic club on my pizza.

How will you dress up your next pizza?
