Brownies, Cheesecake, Hot Fudge, Oreo Crust and Caramel Sauce and No Bake? What can be better? Two cheesecakes!

Brownie Cheesecake No Bake

My most favorite baked good is a brownie.

Not the cake like one.

But the natural brownie.

There are many mixes that I use. But my favorite is Ghirardelli.

I like them plain with no extra candies or chocolates.

But the one recipe for brownies I never expected to put together is this No Bake Brownie Cheesecake! You all know how many cheesecakes I have made and posted.

It is no surprise this treat is my favorite dessert on my blog.

I just had to taste this combination and I was hooked.

You do have to bake the brownie, but the cheesecake, unlike most cheesecakes is no bake.

This makes the cheesecake creamier and not as heavy as a New York style cheesecake.

These are the INGREDIENTS you will need:

Oreo Crust:

  • 4 tbs 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 2 cups crushed oreos

Cheesecake:

  • 2 pkg 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream, whipped

Brownie:

  • 1 box Favorite brownie mix and all ingredients required

These are the INSTRUCTIONS for PREPARATION:

Oreo Crust:

  • Crush Oreos in a bag with a rolling pin or in a food processor until they are medium and fine crumbs.
  • Add melted butter and stir until combined.
  • Press into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a standard size pie plate or springform pan.
  • Refrigerate until ready to fill.

Cheesecake:

  • Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Slowly add milk to cheese mixture. Set aside 5 minutes to soften.
  • Fold whipping cream into mixture. Split mixture into 2 parts. Pour filling into 10” pie pan and refrigerate while preparing the brownies.

Brownie:

  • Prepare brownies per instructions on box. (Or use your own favorite brownie recipe.) let cool completely. Use round pan.
  • Scoop one pan of thickened cheesecake over cookie crust. Add your brownie layer. Scoop last cheesecake pan over brownie mix.
  • Refrigerate at least 3 hours until it doesn’t wiggle.
  • Drizzle hot fudge and caramel sauce to taste.

I can guarantee anyone that likes brownies and a creamy cheesecake will flip over these.

This recipe is so simple to put together! You do need to let it set up in the fridge.

I suggest you do this at night because you will definitely be tempted to cut it early.

Feel free to add some hot fudge and hot caramel to the slice you eat. And whip cream will clean your palate.

A small slice without the optional toppings is only 410 calories. Can you believe that??
