
3 Ingredient Pulled Pork
Extremely simple recipes are difficult to come by, I know.
This recipe for Slow Cooker Root Beer Pulled Pork is easy and perfect for a weeknight meal.
This recipe starts by putting the pork in the Slow Cooker. Then cover a cut of pork with root beer.
After it has been cooked all day in the slow cooker, the pork is tender enough to be shredded.
The aroma wafting throughout your home will summon your family into the kitchen. They all will ask “what’s for dinner”?
Toss with barbecue sauce and pile high on a soft sandwich roll.
Let the pork cook all day while you run errands and come home to a tasty meal.

This 3 Ingredient Pulled Pork can be used in many ways. Use it as a warm side dish.

INGREDIENTS you Need:
- 4 lbs. pork riblets
- 3 cups root beer enough to cover the meat in the crockpot
- 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
- hamburger buns or kaiser rolls
INSTRUCTIONS To prepare:
- Cover the pork with root beer and cook it in the crockpot for about
- HIGH for 4 Hours
- MEDIUM for 6 Hours
- LOW for 10 Hours. (Best choice)
- Shred the pork and add the barbecue sauce.
- Serve warm on the rolls.
NOTES
Tips:The slower you cook the pork the more tender it becomes and will flake with a turn of your fork.The root beer adds a deeper flavor to the pork. The sugar cooks away, much like when you add alcohol or wine to your recipes.
