- 2 cups soy milk
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 pound ripe papaya, peeled, pitted, and cubed
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Sprig of fresh mint, for garnish
- Place soy milk, orange juice, papaya, bananas, honey, and ice in the jar of a blender; blend until smooth. Serve garnished with mint.
